The Roll of Honour is in the regimental chapel at St. Sepulchre-without-Newgate at Holborn Viaduct; the regimental chapel had been established at the church in 1946. This book of remembrance was dedicated at the same ceremony as the unveiling of the regimental memorial at High Holborn on 4 November 1922. Originally on display at the Guildhall, it was ‘missing’ following a German air raid on the night of 29/30 December 1940. In 2009 it was discovered at the Tower of London, where it had been moved to for safe-keeping after the air-raid, and placed in the regimental chapel.
