Private Bert Lancelot Brennen, was born in Detroit, Michigan. He served in Canada with 1^st Depot Battalion, Alberta Regiment and with 13^th Battalion, Canadian Garrison Regiment. He died of complications from pneumonia in Portland on 18 December 1918 and is buried in Lincoln Memorial Park, Portland. His Commonwealth War Graves Commission record is here.
