The other soldier commemorated as having died is Private First Class George Shaffer Creek who served in France from June 1918 with 115th Infantry Regiment, 29th Division. He died of pneumonia on 16 October 1918 and is buried in St. Mihiel American Cemetery, Thiaucourt, France.

Also commemorated on the Honor Roll is William Pattinson’s cousin. 2LT Stanley Gladstone Wilson was born on 10 Nov 1890. He was commissioned on 1 April 1918 for service with the Aviation Section, United States Army Signal Corps. He served in Texas before sailing for France in August 1918, where he served as a supply officer with 50th Aero Squadron. He returned to the United States in May 1919.
